- From the M25, proceed to Junction 24 and take the A111 exit towards Potters Bar. Subsequently, merge onto the M25. Continue until Junction 29, at which point you should take the A127 exit directed towards Southend and Basildon. Upon reaching the roundabout, select the second exit leading onto the A127 ramp, also directed towards Southend and Basildon.
- Next, merge onto Southend Arterial Road, alternatively known as A127, and proceed to the B148 exit directed towards Laindon. At the subsequent roundabout, continue straight ahead. Following this, at the subsequent roundabout, take the third exit onto W Mayne, otherwise known as B148.
- At the next series of roundabouts, consistently choose the second exit in order to remain on W Mayne, alternatively known as B148. When you have reached the next roundabout, take the third exit leading onto High Road. At the Bedford Roundabout, opt for the first exit that brings you onto Laindon Link.
- Continue towards the subsequent roundabout and again, opt for the second exit in order to stay on the Laindon Link. Proceed to turn right onto Mellow Purgess Close, followed by a right turn onto Burdock Drive. Thereafter, make a left turn onto Gardenia Court; please note that this is a restricted usage road.
- Finally, execute another left turn to maintain your course on Gardenia Court. Your destination will be located on the left-hand side.
